I want to return my previously purchased merchandise. What do I do?

Returning merchandize to Rajshrifashions  is easy and hassle free! Certain conditions do apply though. Please ensure your product meets the criteria below before proceeding:

  • 1)       Your merchandize is damaged or incorrect and was received less than 2 days ago. That is, if today is Sunday, you received your package on Friday.
  • 2)       The product is unworn and is in the same condition it was received in.


If your shipment meets the above criteria, please follow the steps below:

  • 1)       Log in to your account. You can do this by clicking “Your account” situated at the top of the page and be entering your email address and entering your password.
  • 2)       Click “My Orders”. Your order history will be displayed, the most recent first.
  • 3)       Click on the order number to view details.
  • 4)       Scroll down to the “Merchandise Return” section.
  • 5)       Please mark which product in the order you would like to return and enter the reason for your return and click “Make a RMA slip”. Ensure the quantity is correct when marking the checkbox next to the item.
  • 6)       A return request is generated and its status is displayed under “My Merchandise Returns” in your account information.


Please allow us 24 hours to process your claim. You will be contacted by one of our team members providing you with updates on your request and our delivery partner will pick your package up and return it to us for further inspection.


If your return is approved, you will receive either a full refund for non-COD orders or a replacement item or a voucher for the same amount. If your return is not approved you will be notified by our team member with the reason for rejection.


You will incur no shipping cost at any point of the process.


Will I receive a cash refund on a COD order?

At Rajshrifashions we strive to offer you the best service possible and we are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied. Unfortunately we cannot process a cash refund due to logistical reasons but we offer either a replacement item for the same cost or a voucher for the entire amount which can be used on our website. The voucher does not have an end to its validity and can be used unconditionally with any other offer on our website. 


Refund will take place in the same payment mode through which the original payment is made.
The amount will be refunded within a few days after we receive your returned product .

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) :-
We will refund the amount of the product excluding the COD charges.
We will arrange for refund after consulting with you.
